Chiropractic Wellness
We encourage our patients to achieve the highest levels of health. Through educational opportunities, we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care. Our desire is to see our patients abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health. In other words, patients who wait for signs of sickness or symptoms before taking action to health care. Wellness care focuses on identifying stressors that can be addressed before pain or illness.

Kids' Chiropractic
Your children mean the world to you. That’s why we have developed gentle, safe chiropractic care intended to help children live their best lives. Dr. Shepherd sees many entire families in our practice and loves helping children experience optimal health!
Pain Relief
We all know what it’s like to experience an injury or develop recurring pain. It’s far more complicated than just needing some aspirin; these problems prevent you from doing the things you love. Dr. Shepherd and our team are equipped with a variety of safe, proven methods for effective pain relief and injury recovery. Headaches, fatigue, back pain, and many other problems are considered “classic” cases that we can handle.
Optimal Health
Most people associate chiropractic care ONLY with neck and back pain. This may be the “old school” way that chiropractic care operated, but it is no longer the case – especially with our office! Our practice members enjoy optimal health because they have listened to Dr. Shepherd and discovered the tremendous importance of ongoing care for your spine and central nervous system.
Massage Therapy
Personal massage is an excellent way to extend the value of our chiropractic care programs. We offer cupping therapy as well as traditional massage. Please note that our massage specialist’s hours do not match our standard office hours. Please contact our office directly to learn about upcoming appointment availability.
30 Minute Session - $60
60 Minute Session - $125
90 Minute Session - $175
No matter whether your condition was caused by a sport, work accident or otherwise, we welcome the chance to serve you.
We may have to reschedule your appointment
if you will be more than 10 minutes late.
Failure to attend your appointment or canceling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a no-show fee of $50.
Payment will be due by you for any non-covered services, deductibles or co-pays and will be collected at the time of service.
About Us
Our chiropractic website is especially designed for health-conscious folks in Richmond. Naturally, chiropractors help traditional neck and back problems, but chiropractic has also produced wonderful results with a variety of problems you wouldn’t normally associate with the spine.
